Riyadh Moussa
Founder & Owner · N.E.M.T. Medical Mobility · Born and Raised in Morrison, CO
Born and raised in Morrison, Colorado — the gateway to Red Rocks — Riyadh Moussa graduated from Bear Creek High School, Class of 1994. Growing up surrounded by the thunder of NHRA jet-powered funny cars at Bandimere Speedway, he discovered early that a life well lived is one spent in motion — and in service to others. That same spirit carried him into aviation, where he earned his avionics and electrical engineering degree from Colorado Aero Tech, Boulder, CO — a testament to his relentless pursuit of excellence.
That passion led him to make history — founding Colorado's first limousine company straight out of high school, launching operations at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and going on to become the first limousine operator at Denver International Airport on opening day. When DIA opened its doors to the world, Riyadh was already there — ready. In 2000, he channeled that same drive into founding N.E.M.T. Medical Mobility.
An ASE-certified technician in Structrak repair welding, refinishing, and plastics, Riyadh brings hands-on mechanical expertise to every vehicle in the N.E.M.T. fleet — ensuring every ride is safe, maintained, and road-ready.
He turned that same dedication to a higher calling — founding N.E.M.T. Medical Mobility in 2000, because he believes accessible transportation is not a luxury. It is a vital lifeline in our community — connecting patients to the care they need, with dignity and dependability.
Our specialized vehicles are purpose-built to transport disabled, ambulatory, and convalescent passengers across the full range of non-emergency medical visits — including hospital surgery, plastic surgery, acute discharge, dialysis, rehabilitation, senior and retirement events, and outpatient doctor appointments. Wheelchair and stretcher transport are available for every level of need. N.E.M.T. is committed to transforming the outpatient experience through patient-centered care.
With an Associate's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Colorado Aero Tech (1996–2000), Riyadh brings a builder's precision to every operation. Our staff maintain advanced training biannually, and PPE is mandatory at all times during transport — because your safety is never optional.
Riyadh's Personal Commitment
My Pledge to This Community
"I grew up in Morrison, Colorado. I went to school here. I raised my family here. The people I serve are my neighbors — the seniors who built this city, the veterans who protected it, the dialysis patients who fight every single week just to stay alive.
When I started N.E.M.T. in 2000, I made a promise: no one in this community would miss a medical appointment because of transportation. That promise has never changed. Not once in 25 years.
I personally train every driver. I personally inspect every vehicle. And I personally answer for every ride. Because this isn't just a business to me. It is a calling. And I take it seriously every single day."

What drives every decision
The Values Behind Every Ride
Compassion Over Convenience
It would be easier to run a bigger, faster, cheaper operation. Riyadh chose the harder path — smaller, more personal, more careful — because the people in these vehicles deserve someone who actually cares about them.
Safety Is Sacred
ASE-certified maintenance, PPE mandatory on every transport, purpose-built MV-1 vehicles — not because regulations require it, but because Riyadh's passengers are someone's mother, father, or grandparent. There are no shortcuts.
Reliability Is Respect
Being late to a dialysis appointment isn't a minor inconvenience — it can cause serious medical harm. Riyadh treats on-time arrival as a form of respect for the patient's life and health. Every. Single. Ride.
Community Is the Mission
N.E.M.T. has never been about profit margins. It has always been about making sure the most vulnerable members of our community — seniors, veterans, people with disabilities — can access the care they need with their dignity intact.
When you choose N.E.M.T. Medical Mobility, you're not just booking a ride. You're choosing a 25-year legacy of showing up for Colorado's most vulnerable community members — with dignity, dependability, and genuine care.
