Departure Drop-Off: Level 6

DIA departures are on Level 6 of the Jeppesen Terminal. For wheelchair passengers, the correct drop-off point is the Level 6 curbside — we pull to the accessible drop-off zone and assist you to the airline check-in counter. Airlines provide wheelchair assistance from check-in through boarding when requested in advance.

Arrival Pickup: Level 5

DIA arrivals are on Level 5. For wheelchair passengers, the pickup point is the Level 5 curbside accessible zone. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust pickup timing for delays — you don't need to call us when your flight lands.

Flight Monitoring

We track your flight number in real time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust our arrival time accordingly. If your flight arrives early, we aim to be there. You don't need to call us with updates — we're watching your flight.

Power Wheelchair and Medical Equipment

Airlines have specific procedures for checking power wheelchairs and medical equipment. We recommend calling your airline at least 48 hours before departure to notify them of your wheelchair type and any medical equipment. We can transport oxygen concentrators, portable dialysis equipment, and other medical devices.

Peña Boulevard Traffic

Peña Boulevard is the only road into DIA and can back up significantly during peak travel periods (holiday weekends, early morning departures). We build appropriate buffer time into all DIA pickups — typically 30–45 minutes extra for morning departures.

Early Morning Departures

Many medical travelers have early morning flights. We operate 24/7 and can schedule pickups as early as 3 AM for 5 AM departures. We recommend arriving at DIA 2.5–3 hours before departure for wheelchair passengers to allow time for check-in, security, and boarding.
