The Rocky Mountain Regional VA has specific protocols for patient transport. We coordinate with VA social workers and can assist with the VA transportation benefit paperwork for eligible veterans.

Refugee and Immigrant Community

Aurora has one of Colorado's largest refugee communities. We have experience working with patients who have limited English and can coordinate with interpreters or family members to ensure clear communication about pickup times and procedures.

Dialysis Shift Coordination

Aurora's dialysis centers run multiple shifts. We coordinate directly with your center to track shift end times and ensure prompt pickup — critical for dialysis patients who are often fatigued after treatment.
