Why is a Mobility Membership plan better value than pay-as-you-go rides?
Exactly — that's the point. At our membership rate.50/mile with a 30-mile average round trip, two round trips run about our membership rate at retail. The Mobility 2 membership gives you those same two trips for our membership rate plus priority scheduling and no per-ride billing surprises. You save money and gain peace of mind.
What counts as a "round trip" under the membership?
A round trip is one outbound trip plus one return trip to the same address — for example, home to dialysis and back. Each round trip is counted as one allocation unit against your monthly plan.
What happens if I need more trips than my plan includes?
Additional trips beyond your monthly allocation are billed at a discounted member rate — lower than standard pay-as-you-go pricing. You can also upgrade your plan at any time. Call us and we'll find the right fit.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be cancelled at any time with 7 days' notice before your next billing date. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
Does Medicaid cover the membership?
Medicaid (Health First Colorado) covers individual NEMT trips for eligible patients. The membership is a private-pay product designed for patients who want predictable pricing and priority access beyond what Medicaid covers.
